Success within the People Experience Team (PXT) requires comfort operating in an environment where standards are high, feedback is direct, and ownership is expected.What You'll Do:Full-Cycle Recruiting and Requisition ManagementOwn a standing portfolio of open requisitions across assigned business lines, managing the full recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, close, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and set realistic timelines for each requisition.Maintain accurate, real-time requisition and candidate data in the applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday), and track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source-of-hire metrics.Serve as a working member of the Talent Acquisition team, participating in weekly req review and intake meetings, workforce planning discussions, and TA process improvement initiatives.Balance day-to-day requisition load with seasonal campus recruiting demands, ensuring consistent output across the full year rather than only during peak campus cycles and early career program demands (i.e., Co-Op program, and rotational programs, focused on early career talent).Campus Recruiting and Early Career ProgramDesign and launch a scalable, full-cycle intern program in coordination with key leadership stakeholders, and manage program coordination end to end.Cultivate strategic partnerships with universities and community organizations to support early career talent acquisition.Develop branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice on campus.Research key information and develop a project plan with timelines and deliverables to enable kickoff in October 2026.Initiate development of a junior career development program for early talent growth and engagement, aligned with industry standards.Manage Co-Op program, ensuring top student talent is identified and business units across the company have the opportunity to take advantage of the program.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with hiring managers, mentors, and business leaders to align intern, Co-Op, early career, and open-requisition placements with business needs.Report on requisition health, campus program outcomes, and pipeline metrics to PXT and Talent Acquisition leadership on a regular cadence.What Do You Need?5 to 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, campus recruiting, or an early career program, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing, dynamic environment.A results driven mindset, focused on the execution and timely delivery of initiatives.Demonstrated experience owning a regular requisition load alongside program or project responsibilities.Experience building and managing scalable programs related to early career development.HR operations and/or talent management experience is a plus.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Project management experience and an understanding of stakeholder expectations and delivery.Customer-service orientation with the ability to manage inquiries professionally.Analytical mindset and comfort with reporting, data handling, and confidentiality.Technology Skills:Working knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking platforms (e.g., Workday).Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank's applications.Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.Customers Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
