ViaTRON Systems, Inc., established in 1990 and headquartered in Los Angeles County and offices across the country, is a leading Digital Transformation and Document Scanning Conversion provider. We’re currently hiring in our LAS VEGAS, NEVADA facility.
Role Description
We are seeking a Database/Application/QC support person to provide technical formatting tasks for troubleshooting and final delivery of projects.
Attention to detail and ability to always learn are critical to the success of this position.
This is an IN-OFFICE position. No hybrid or work from home available.
Responsibilities
- SQL knowledge (queries, data validation, reporting) for Quality Control.
- Python experience.
- Support data quality, reporting, and system documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with server, network, and firewall support
- Monitor and maintain backup systems
- Assist with special projects and ongoing IT initiatives around new software solutions, AI, and more.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Trouble Shooting and/or Quality Control
- 2+ years Python/SQL coding/scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of networking, security, and backups
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent English speaking/writing communication skills
- Pass security/criminal background check/fingerprinting.
Preferred
- Experience with document management systems and Capture Solutions
- Programming languages
- AI (api’s, tokens, etc...)
- 2-factor implementation/configuration/etc...
- Helpdesk ticket experience (we use Hubstop)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
