Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This position assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records. Process employment-related paperwork, including new hire, status change, and termination documentation. Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support payroll by ensuring employee information is accurate and submitted on time. Prepare HR reports and maintain data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Monitor compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Coordinate employee training, recognition programs, and other HR initiatives. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department. Qualifications Some experience working in Human Resources or a related administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
