Pay Rate: $21–$25/hr

Job Overview:

Aerotek is hiring Process Technicians to work with plastic injection molding machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines and change molds
• Run machines and make basic adjustments
• Troubleshoot minor machine and quality issues
• Inspect product quality and complete documentation
• Work closely with operators and maintenance teams

Requirements:

• Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to set up machines and change molds
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Work Environment:

• Hands-on factory setting
• Requires standing, lifting, and working around machines

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr.
