What You’ll Do Lead complex, enterprise-scale engagements end-to-end as an Engagement Lead, owning delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, program execution, and financial performance (revenue, margin, and overall engagement health) Partner with senior and C-level client stakeholders as a Transformation Delivery Partner to shape, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives Design and execute delivery strategies for large, multi-workstream programs, navigating risk, resolving complex issues, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams while mentoring and developing delivery leaders within a matrixed professional services environment Contribute across the sales lifecycle, shaping delivery approaches and supporting pursuits, while continuously improving delivery frameworks and quality What You’ll Bring 12+ years of consulting experience, preferably within a large professional services firm, with a track record of leading complex, enterprise delivery programs end-to-end Experience delivering large-scale programs in excess of $10M, with accountability for outcomes, financials, and client impact Proven ability to operate at the C-level, managing senior client relationships and influencing across complex stakeholder environments Experience leading large, cross-functional teams across technology and business domains, including navigating ambiguity and managing risk in complex environments Strong capability to deliver within a matrixed organization, balancing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and delivery demands Deep experience with modern delivery practices (e.g., agile and scaled delivery) and enterprise environments (architecture, engineering, infrastructure) Exceptional communication, client leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes Must be within a commutable distance to a Slalom office and able to travel up to 80% About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for our Senior Director, Complex Delivery is $200,000 to $275,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
