Senior Benefits Manager

Kforce's client located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Manager professional to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs. In this role you will need to have large firm experience managing health, welfare, and retirement plans, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the effective delivery of benefits that support a positive employee experience. • Oversee the design, administration, and execution of employee benefit programs
• Manage relationships with benefit vendors, brokers, and external partners
• Lead annual open enrollment, including communications, events, and system setup
• Develop and execute employee communication campaigns to increase benefits awareness and participation
• Analyze program effectiveness using key metrics and utilization data
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices to recommend enhancements
• Ensure accurate benefits administration and support ongoing process improvements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of employee benefits experience
• Previous leadership or management experience required
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience with HRIS systems; Dayforce experience is a plus
