Our engineering team pushes product forward at a pace that's become one of our clearest signals of how far ahead we are, and telling that story well is what turns velocity into pipeline, adoption, and category leadership. We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own how our products show up in the market. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you'll run product-area marketing across our product portfolio: taking each release from roadmap to launch, sharpening the positioning, and giving our sales and customer teams the story and materials they need to win. This is a high-impact role for a product marketer who knows the craft, moves quickly without dropping quality, and wants to shape how a new category gets defined. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, and your work will show up directly in how customers understand what Ivo does and why it matters. What You'll Do Own product-area marketing across our product portfolio, and act as the marketing lead for those products end to end. Run our launch process from tiering a release to writing the positioning and narrative to shipping the launch, at the cadence engineering sets. Write clear, accurate positioning and messaging that stands up to a sophisticated legal and procurement audience. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to stay ahead of the roadmap and turn each update into customer-facing value. Build sales and customer enablement, from launch materials to talk tracks, so the field can sell and support new features as they ship. Work with the solutions side of the team to connect product capabilities to persona and use-case messaging as Ivo expands beyond legal into procurement. Use customer, competitive, and field input to keep positioning current as the products and the market evolve. What You'll Bring 5 to 7 years of product marketing experience, ideally marketing technical products to sophisticated or enterprise buyers. A track record of owning launches independently and running a fast release cadence without hand-holding on every update. Strong writing. You can take a complex product and explain it with precision and clarity, and you have the judgment to know what to cut. Fluency with product. You get close to how things actually work and can translate that into positioning that holds up. Comfort partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, and the ability to move work forward across all of them. Experience in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or a comparably fast-shipping product environment is a strong plus. Familiarity with the tools of the trade (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Figma) is a plus.
