Responsibilities:
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, families, and community stakeholders
- Conduct initial assessments and screenings for new residents
- Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and improve the admissions process to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to families, healthcare partners, and residents

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Previous Experience as an Admissions Director preferred
- 2-5 years of LTC experience in admissions, healthcare, marketing
- Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare, ability to manage insurance
- Good communication skills
