Salesforce Marketing Cloud Sr. Liaison (Email and Mobile Marketing) Client- ALSAC (the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital). Location: Memphis, TN (hybrid remote: 3 days onsite per week) Duration: 6 months plus LinkedIn must be updated properly with picture Minimum 4+ years' experience Email marketing execution experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for a large-scale email marketing program, preferably for an e-commerce or retail brand Salesforce Marketing Cloud email specialist certification Experience working with Data Cloud and loyalty program management Strong analytics skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics Both client-side and agency experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. No other ESP (email service provider) experience is accepted.
