Paralegal

A well-regarded, large law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Phoenix team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who wants to work alongside talented attorneys and take on meaningful, substantive work in a collaborative and professional environment. The firm is open to paralegals with experience across a variety of practice areas, including litigation, real estate, family law, and other legal specialties . What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys and legal teams. Prepare, organize, and review legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, agreements, and other materials. Conduct legal research and assist with gathering and analyzing relevant information. Assist with case and matter management from inception through completion. Coordinate filings, deadlines, meetings, and other important legal matters. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, agencies, and other parties. Maintain organized electronic and physical files and ensure accurate documentation. Assist with discovery, document review, due diligence, and preparation for hearings, meetings, and other proceedings as applicable. Track deadlines and proactively anticipate the needs of attorneys and clients. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative professionals to provide exceptional client service. What We’re Looking For Previous paralegal experience in a law firm or legal environment. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong research, writing, proofreading, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology.li> Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member. Paralegal certificate or relevant education/experience preferred.
