HR Operations Specialist

Pay: $28-$30 per hour Responsibilities Collaborate and support the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment Get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities Support HRBP for general HR policy issues and queries and ensure policies implementation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field 2 years of experience in a human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations Proven experience in HR administration activities Our company offers contractors a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.
