The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting current and future hiring needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer recommendations and onboarding support. This position partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on staffing processes, recruiting best practices, and employment policies.
• Present qualified candidates and make hiring recommendations based on business requirements.
• Communicate employment opportunities, benefits, and organizational information to prospective candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company hiring practices.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates through LinkedIn and other talent acquisition channels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of recruiting, selection, and hiring best practices.
• Understanding of employment laws, hiring policies, and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Preferred

• Experience using Workday Recruiting.
• Experience with Phenom or similar talent acquisition platforms.
• Experience supporting recruitment within large corporate or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development initiatives.
