Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Work Arrangement: On-site
Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department. This is an excellent temporary-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to establish or advance their career in digital marketing.

The ideal candidate will have practical, hands-on experience with WordPress and digital marketing tools and a willingness to learn new skills. A college degree is helpful but not required for candidates with relevant experience, technical skills, or a strong portfolio.

This position provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience across website management, digital marketing, graphic design, CRM systems, email marketing, photography, and social media while working alongside an experienced marketing team.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and interested in growing with the company over the long term .

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

1. WordPress — Required

• Update and maintain company WordPress websites.
• Create and edit website pages and content.
• Upload and organize images, documents, and other digital assets.
• Format website content and perform routine website updates.
• Maintain accurate and current website information.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

2. Adobe Creative Suite — Strongly Preferred

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
• Resize and edit images for web and marketing purposes.
• Make basic graphic and layout adjustments.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials.
• Portfolio or examples of previous design work are encouraged.

3. CRM / HubSpot — Preferred

• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform .
• Assist with maintaining contact information and marketing lists.
• Support basic CRM functions, forms, and digital marketing activities.
• HubSpot experience is a plus.

4. Digital Photography

• Take quality product, event, facility, and general marketing photographs.
• Assist with organizing and preparing photographs for marketing use.
• Perform basic photo editing and retouching.

5. Email Marketing / E-Blasts

• Assist with creating and distributing marketing emails and e-blasts.
• Work with email templates, contact lists, links, and images.
• Assist with basic campaign reporting and tracking.
• HubSpot email marketing experience is a plus.

6. Social Media

• Create, schedule, and publish professional business-related social media content.
• Assist with maintaining the company's social media presence.
• Work with HubSpot or other social media scheduling and management platforms.
• Help develop engaging digital content that supports company marketing initiatives.

What We Offer
