Position ImmunEdgehas an exciting opportunity foraSeniorScientistwithstrongin vivo pharmacology, flow cytometry, andcancerimmunologyexperienceto join ourIn VivoPharmacologyteam. This individual will play a key role in advancing preclinical oncology and immunology programs by designing, executing, and analyzing in vivo studies andmechanisticex vivoassaysto support target validation, candidate selection, and translational strategy. Strong candidates will be highly collaborative, scientifically rigorous, and passionate about drug discovery and immune-mediated diseases.Experience working in a dynamic, early-stage biotech environment and contributing across discoveryworkflows is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and interpretin vivo efficacy, PK/PD, and mechanistic studiesin relevant oncology and immunology models Develop andoptimizeex-vivoassays, includingMSD, ELISA,RNAseq, and functional readouts to supporttarget biology and mechanism of action Perform and analyzemulti-parameter flow cytometryexperiments, including panel design, staining optimization, acquisition, and advanced data analysis to characterize immune and tumor cell populations Collaborate with discovery, translational, and biomarker teams to integrate in vivo and ex vivo data and guide program strategy Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders with diverse scientific backgrounds Contribute to study planning, experimental timelines, and data-driven decision making for program advancement Maintainaccurate, well-organized experimental records while ensuring a safe, compliant, and reproducible lab environment Identifyopportunities to improve in vivo andex vivoassay platforms and evaluate emerging technologies relevant toImmunEdge’spipeline Qualifications Ph.D. in Immunology, Pharmacology, Oncology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, or a related field; or M.S. withadditionalrelevant industry experience 5+ years of industry experiencein drug discovery or development, with significant hands-on experience inin vivo models In vivo pharmacology and disease models (oncology and/or immunology preferred) Flow cytometry(panel design, immune phenotyping, functional assays, data analysis) MSD, ELISA,andex-vivo-based functional assays Experience integrating in vivo and ex vivo data to support mechanism of action and translational hypotheses Proficiencywith standard laboratory techniques such as ELISA, qPCR, western blotting, and cytokine assays Ability to independently plan and execute experiments, troubleshoot complex problems, and rigorously interpret scientific data Strong collaboration, communication, technical writing, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive start-up environment Preferred Qualifications (Plus) Experience with PK/PD or bioanalyticalassays Experiencewritingtechnical reports for IND-enabling studies Familiarity with immuno-oncology targets or immune-modulating therapeutics Prior CRO management or cross-functional project experience Compensation and Benefits Expected Salary Range:$154,000 - $170,000 We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there is sometimes flexibility on job level and responsibilities.
