About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and champion the quality of life for seniors. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of community operations, including care, sales, financial performance, and compliance. This role involves driving occupancy growth, managing P&L, budgeting, and ensuring an exceptional resident and family experience. The Executive Director will also be tasked with recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing teams, as well as building strong relationships with residents, families, and local referral sources. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have prior experience as an Executive Director, Administrator, or General Manager, with a proven track record in driving occupancy, revenue, and operational performance. Strong P&L, budgeting, and business management skills are essential, as is experience in leading teams and managing performance. A passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams is a must, along with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Sales and customer relationship experience is preferred, and the role requires a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
