Paralegal

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Paralegal for a healthcare enterprise client. This individual will provide immediate support to the Enterprise Procurement and Legal teams by assisting with contract review, remediation efforts, drafting support, and contract lifecycle management activities. The role will focus on helping address a backlog of contract work while also supporting ongoing enterprise contracting initiatives. The Paralegal will review commercial agreements and related documentation for completeness and consistency, support contract remediation and repapering efforts, assist with amendments and renewals, and help ensure contracts are accurately processed and maintained throughout their lifecycle.

On a day-to-day basis, this individual will collaborate with legal counsel, procurement professionals, sourcing teams, compliance stakeholders, and business partners to facilitate contract execution and ongoing management activities. Responsibilities include tracking contract status, key dates and obligations, maintaining contract records within contract management systems, assisting with intake and routing processes, supporting reporting efforts, and escalating non-standard contract terms to attorneys when appropriate. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment and can manage a high volume of contracts while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Contract Manager, Legal Operations professional, or in a related contract administration role

Experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, amendments, and legal documentation

Experience supporting contract lifecycle management and contract repository maintenance

Ability to manage high-volume contract workloads while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across legal, procurement, and compliance teams Healthcare industry experience

Banking or financial services contract experience

Experience supporting large enterprise organizations

Familiarity with technology, professional services, and operational agreements

Experience supporting contract remediation, repapering, and enterprise contracting initiatives

Background supporting corporate legal departments, procurement organizations, or contract management teams

Experience working within contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
