Technical Sales Representative – Specialty Chemicals (Growth Opportunity) Location: Winston‑Salem, NC A growing chemical manufacturer is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support inbound commercial activity within a custom blending and specialty chemical environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on qualifying inbound inquiries, developing solutions, and working closely with customers to deliver the right product fit. You’ll work closely with an experienced technical team, giving you the support needed to build confidence in formulations, applications, and production capabilities. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries Qualify opportunities based on technical fit, capacity, and margin Work directly with customers to understand specifications and recommend solutions Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams Develop pricing, quotes, and proposals Build and grow long‑term customer relationships Support account development and identify growth opportunities What We’re Looking For 2–6+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or related technical field Background in technical sales, applications, inside sales, or customer‑facing support roles Interest in growing into a more commercial, revenue‑driving role Ability to understand product specs, formulations, or production processes (training provided) Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, enquiry‑driven environment Nice to Have Exposure to custom blending, formulations, or specialty chemical products Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing customers Familiarity with CRM systems Why This Role Clear path to grow into a more senior commercial role Hands‑on exposure to both customers and internal operations Strong technical support and mentorship Opportunity to build valuable experience in a custom / solutions‑based chemical environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
