BSA Specialist - Hybrid Remote

Job Description
Deliver a World Class Experience, under the direction of the Assistant BSA officer, by reviewing the monthly Remote Deposit Capture transaction report and aiding the Assistant BSA Officer and BSA staff with tasks to comply with the Federal Bank Secrecy Act laws and regulations, FDIC directives, and adhere to established internal policies and procedures for Anti-Money Laundering and BSA compliance. Review the monthly Remote Deposit Capture transaction report and send results to BSA staff. Assist BSA staff with preparation of transaction spreadsheetanalysis for investigations and high-risk reviews. Review and resolve OFACWatchlist alerts across various systems. Monitor internal reports to ensure complete Customer Identification Program information has been obtained for new customers. Monitor internal reports to ensure complete Customer Due Diligence Program information has been obtained for new customers. Other duties as assigned by the Assistant BSA Officer.

Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs of banking exp. Knowledge of bank operations. Strong communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Able to read complex legal documents.

Skills Preferred
1+ yr of BSA exp or similar. Familiar with banking regulations and compliance.
