Director, Navy Sales & Strategic Growth

Primary Responsibilities Strategically lead Account Managers representing the U.S. Navy and defense portfolio. Drive growth through expansion on existing platforms, new platform penetration, and competitive displacement initiatives. Develop account strategies that strengthen customer relationships and uncover future opportunities. Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity reviews, and capture planning. Lead Voice of Customer and market intelligence activities and communicate findings to leadership. Establish sales objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for all direct reports. Represent the company with defense customers, primes, shipyards, acquisition organizations, and strategic partners. Strong capture management and strategic account planning capabilities. Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization. Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen and analytical decision-making skills. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, STEM, Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred. 10+ years of progressive defense industry sales, business development, capture, or account management experience. Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies within defense markets. Experience with U.S. Navy, shipbuilding, maritime, aerospace, or broader defense sectors preferred. Flow control, engineered products, or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
