Data Entry Specialist

Scatter Brothers Productions is a creative production company focused on delivering high-quality projects through strong organization, collaboration, and attention to detail. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our day-to-day administrative and production operations.

Position Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information and records. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, comfortable working with computers and databases, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Organize and maintain digital and electronic records.
Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies when identified.
Process documents, forms, invoices, production records, and other administrative materials.
Assist with maintaining accurate employee, client, vendor, and project information.
Perform regular data audits and updates as needed.
Retrieve and compile information for reports and internal requests.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Communicate with team members to resolve missing or inaccurate information.
Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Meet established deadlines while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous data entry, administrative, office, or clerical experience preferred.
Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and similar software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with databases or digital record-management systems.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Experience in a production, entertainment, media, or creative-industry environment is a plus.
