Role Description The Operations Analyst is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Marietta, GA. This role is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operational activities related to investment accounts, trade processing, reconciliations, and data integrity across internal systems. The Operations Analyst will monitor workflows, investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, and coordinate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, assisting with process improvements, and supporting compliance and audit requests. The Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with portfolio management, accounting, and client service teams to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support process improvements. Candidates should possess solid finance and accounting skills to understand investment transactions, portfolio activity, and financial reporting. Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact with internal teams, custodians, and clients in a professional manner. Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets, portfolio management or accounting systems, and general office software. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is preferred. Experience in investment management operations, banking, or financial services operations is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are important.
