Job Summary: Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst

- Job Title: Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst
- Work Location: Remote/Telecommute
- Work Hours: 8:00 am 4:30 pm PST
- Project/Initiative Summary:
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Daily problem-solving and build tasks within Epic OpTime/Anesthesia modules

- Team Structure:
- Collaborate with a team member who is a certified OpTime/Anesthesia analyst

- Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve tickets in the Prime Ticket Queue
2. Participate in system upgrades and related tasks
3. Complete project work as assigned
4. Perform regular system maintenance
5. Prioritize and address daily support issues
6. Collaborate with team for troubleshooting and solution development
7. Document solutions and maintain records of changes
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members

- Ideal Candidate Background:
- Experience in healthcare, especially with surgical services
- Familiarity with Epic OpTime/Anesthesia modules

- Required Skills/Attributes:
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Self-directed and proactive
- Logical problem-solving abilities
- (Years of experience not specified)

- Preferred Skills/Attributes:
- Direct surgical services experience

- Interview Process:
- One video phone interview
- Interview will include technical questions related to Epic systems
- No background check or drug screen required
