Overnight Hotel Valet Attendant (Shift Time: 11:00pm - 7:00am) - Hilton Anatole

Job Summary The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. The role includes greeting guests, managing vehicle parking and retrieval, assisting with luggage, and offering directions and local information. Compensation & Benefits • Hourly base pay: $14 per hour

• Additional tip earnings: $16–$18 per hour
• Work schedule: Overnight shift, 11:00pm – 7:00am (subject to change based on site requirements)

Essential Functions Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greet guests within five feet, using their last names, salutations of the day, and proper phone etiquette. Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously. Assists guests with bell services, luggage storage, opens vehicle and hotel doors, and provides directions to taxis, reservations, and local attractions. Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures, issues claim checks, and maintains accurate ticket information and key tags. Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license for the state of employment, or within a commutable distance. Minimum one month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of customer service principles and processes. Strong written and verbal communication in standard English; ability to read and comprehend instructions and simple correspondence. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division up to three digits). Understanding of 24‑hour and military time systems. Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle and perform parallel parking. Working Conditions & Physical Demands The position requires frequent sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, carrying, and handling tools or equipment. Regular exposure to outdoor environments, including extreme heat and cold, is required. Physical tasks may involve lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally or 50 pounds frequently.
