Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license to practice
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Previous experience (or clinical rotations) working with pediatric populations in schools preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessed needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes according to district and legal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
• Offer guidance and support to students as they work toward their speech and language goals
