This part-time or full-time role supports approximately 60-65 students across three schools, providing therapy and evaluation to a diverse pediatric population. Position Overview:You will work with learners ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, managing a caseload divided by age group at each location. This setup allows for targeted intervention and continuity of care, while encouraging collaboration with school staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New Jersey
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric settings, ideally within schools
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal tracking, and data-driven reporting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Complete assessments and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing a broad range of communication needs
• Consult with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Travel between three schools (within close proximity) as part of the weekly rotation
