We need someone to take 24/HR call for 7 days a month. This would involve urgent patients in clinic 2-3 hours per day, ED call, and emergency non-robotic surgery.

Call Ratio: 1 in 4 (7 -10days) per month

# Phone Consults: 5-6 a day from ER/ Hospitalist/ Transfer Center

#Patients Seen: 4 - 10/day hospital rounds
