Your mission, roles and responsibilities The (Site) HR Business Partner supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders and work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results. Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter HR Administration and Employee Lifecycle Management Recruitment and Workforce Planning Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Support Learning and Development Employee Relations and Internal Communication HR Reporting, Analytics and Controlling HR Budget and Cost Management HR Operations and Process Management HSE Reporting and Performance Monitoring Incident Management HSE Management System Risk Assessment and PPE Management Ergonomics and Environmental Management Fire Protection and Emergency Preparedness Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum education level: BA / BSc HR, business administration or related MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting Solid knowledge of local HR legislation Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset Skills and competencies: Great interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in the local language and good English skills Very good MS Office skills First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial What we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
