Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role within our clinical team, providing comprehensive therapy services to our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that involve both joint and individual appointments, ensuring a holistic approach to family dynamics.

• Addressing a variety of clinical issues, including alcohol abuse, psychological/physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Offering guidance and support to families navigating challenges related to blended family structures, medical issues, and job stress.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques to foster healthier relationships and communication patterns among family members.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, catering to the mental health needs of adults as well as children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
