Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other effective techniques.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination, facilitating integration of services and addressing any practical barriers clients may face.

• Engage in ongoing assessment and refinements of therapeutic methods to optimize outcomes. You will analyze client progress periodically and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation regarding client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, as well as to support continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest clinical practices and trends in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
