Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on tailored treatment modalities to address the unique needs of clients.

• Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement effective interventions for coping skills, social skills enhancement, anger management, and behavior modification for clients demonstrating self-injurious behavior or aggression.

• Support clients in navigating in-home behavioral challenges by working closely with caregivers to enhance decision-making skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to support each client's therapeutic journey.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to required timelines.

• Participate in monthly team meetings and submit weekly paperwork to maintain compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or a related field (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).

• Strong background in developing treatment plans, setting goals, and documenting progress notes.

• Familiarity with the DSM-V for accurate assessments and diagnoses.
