Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Therapist, you will be instrumental in delivering quality mental health care. Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients from a rich tapestry of backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other mental health challenges. We prioritize providing culturally competent care, tailored to the unique experiences and identities of our clients, enhancing the therapeutic relationship and promoting effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from a regionally accredited educational institution.

• An active and unrestricted LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with at least three years of post-licensure experience and those who have worked in community mental health settings will find their backgrounds particularly relevant.
