Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to assist clients in stress reduction, relaxation, and enhanced overall well-being.

• Conduct initial assessments to identify specific client stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals to create tailored treatment plans.

• Guide clients through individual mindfulness exercises and techniques, such as meditation and focused breathing, to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops centered around mindfulness practices, effective stress management techniques, and strategies for building resilience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise in the field.
