Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, compassionate, and solution-focused individual mental health counseling through video chat, employing contemporary therapeutic modalities tailored to each client.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments, ensuring alignment with the individual needs and goals of your clients.

• Facilitate clients' self-discovery by guiding them to recognize patterns in their experiences, feelings, and relationships.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while empowering clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role is to provide essential support as they navigate their mental health journeys, focusing on fostering resilience and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and be authorized to practice independently without supervision.

• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions in their professional history.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong empathetic and supportive approach to client care.

• Proficiency in technology and computer literacy to navigate our telehealth platform and documentation systems effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While at least two years of experience working in mental health counseling is required, candidates with experience in various therapeutic modalities, especially those familiar with telehealth, will be considered particularly advantageous.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, contingent on hours worked and client load.
