This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver psychotherapy sessions with a focus on evidence-based practices for individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize digital tools such as Simple Practice for teletherapy, ensuring all interactions are secure and compliant with health regulations.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with organizational protocols.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide mental health counseling to a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Your role will be pivotal in addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work.
