Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will operate in a fast-paced, startup-like setting that values new ideas and innovative approaches to mental health care. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while you engage with clients through teletherapy sessions, collaborative documentation, and attendance at virtual team meetings. Our outpatient office is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technologies to facilitate effective therapy and communication. We prioritize work-life balance, maintaining a Monday to Friday schedule with no evening or weekend requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks that support our clients' mental health and wellness, including:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions, encouraging clients to share their stories, relate to one another, and foster a supportive environment.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique experiences and needs, using empathy and active listening to guide them through exploration of their thoughts and emotions.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their aspirations and challenges.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, adapt treatment approaches, and document outcomes effectively.

• Team Collaboration: Connect with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to address complex client cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults ages 18 to 30 who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues. You will utilize evidence-based and holistic treatment methodologies within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), contributing to the overall therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
