Despite the geographical freedom, you will have access to a full-time Admissions and Assessment team dedicated to reducing administrative burdens, thus allowing you to concentrate on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients to foster a supportive community and encourage peer engagement.
\n
• Create and maintain a scheduled calendar of appointments to ensure consistent client availability and care.
\n
• Engage in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and develop effective strategies for complex cases.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including session notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinical standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including accessing free CEUs provided by the clinic to meet licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, a demographic increasingly affected by mental health issues. Our services aim to create safe spaces where clients can openly discuss their struggles and work towards sustainable healing and recovery. You will empower clients to develop coping strategies, create actionable goals, and engage proactively in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of a valid clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) is mandatory; we welcome both independently-licensed and junior-licensed clinicians.

• Availability to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether you are in a contract role or a W2 employee.

• Ability to provide therapy sessions during evenings and weekends, as needed, to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in working with adolescents and young adults, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other innovative techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate patient assessments and treatment planning effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Over Matter Therapeutics Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
