MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Irvine, CA . This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a high-performing intake professional who excels in client communication, lead conversion, and high-volume call handling .

This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact for potential clients , requiring empathy, persistence, and the ability to effectively screen and convert qualified personal injury cases .

Salary Range: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients
• Conduct initial client interviews with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Screen and qualify personal injury cases based on firm criteria
• Follow up consistently with all pending leads and inquiries to maximize conversion
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and establish strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records in the case management system and intake logs
• Collaborate with team members to complete the intake and consultation process
• Assist attorneys and staff with opening new cases and administrative tasks
• Track referrals, client data, and communications using spreadsheets and CRM tools
• Ensure all communications reflect a high level of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of personal injury or intake experience (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – full professional proficiency required
• Strong background in customer service and client communication
• Experience working with performance-based metrics or quotas
• Ability to handle a high-volume workload efficiently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent phone presence and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., CASEpeer, Clio, Litify)
• Proven track record of high conversion rates or intake performance
