This is a full-time hybrid position based in Midtown Manhattan (450 Lexington Avenue), requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote with flexible hours between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.### Key Responsibilities### Finance and Budgeting* Monitor organizational expenditures and maintain comprehensive financial documentation* Support budget development and oversight across all program departments* Prepare financial statements and grant reports for stakeholder review### Grant and Compliance Management* Organize contracts, grants, purchase orders, and supporting records to ensure audit readiness* Track grant allocations against approved budgets and maintain compliance* Monitor contract milestones and manage reporting timelines* Maintain systems for equipment and asset tracking### Operational Support* Collaborate on cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects* Mentor interns on finance and administrative best practices* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment### Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field* Minimum 1 year of nonprofit finance, budgeting, or grant reporting experience* Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, financial reporting functions)* City, state, or government grant experience preferred* Familiarity with Salesforce, Bill.com, or Expensify advantageous* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team### Compensation and Benefits* Annual salary: $60,000* 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance* 401(k) with 2% employer match* 15 vacation days and 15 sick days annually* 2 Mental Health Days per year* Flexible work schedule### Apply for this roleApply on Company Website →Closes 30 August 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
