Job Details Job Location: Cleveland, OH 44115 Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Pay: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Job Type: Full time or part time Work Location: In person Join Our Catering Culinary Team as an Event Cook or Prep Cook at Driftwood Catering Driftwood Catering is seeking skilled and motivated Catering Event Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. As a preferred caterer to many of Cleveland's most popular venues, we pride ourselves on creating custom and memorable events for both private and corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking a wide range of styles, working in diverse and beautiful venues, and developing a strong and versatile culinary skill set. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and production guidelines Support both commissary style prep work and on site event execution Work collaboratively with culinary teams while adhering to strict timelines Prepare hot and cold menu items across a variety of cuisines and service styles Attend and support both on site and off site catered events Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks according to kitchen schedules Schedule and Availability Full time and part time opportunities available Schedule based on event calendar and production needs Benefits Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work in a wide variety of venues and event settings Hands on experience across multiple styles of cooking and service Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in high volume or bulk cooking environments Strong organizational skills and solid culinary aptitude Experience with bulk sauce production and cooking a variety of proteins Ability to work open availability based on event needs Reliable and consistent transportation required as locations are not accessible by public transit Clean driving record preferred Ability to lift fifty pounds or more Self motivated with strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual #J-18808-Ljbffr DRIFTWOOD RESTAURANT GROUP
