Lead AI/ML Engineer - AWS Connect

Salary: $112,700 - 193,200 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience with APIs, event-driven architecture, and IVR systems.
• We require 2+ years of experience with Node.js, with TypeScript preferred.
• We require 2+ years of experience with AWS technologies, including Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Amazon API Gateway.
• We require 2+ years of experience with conversational AI, specifically Amazon Lex.
• We require authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.

• We design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows for IVR and chat experiences.
• We build Lambda-based integrations that connect to backend APIs.
• We integrate Amazon Lex bots and external systems into our platform.
• We optimize routing logic, queues, and call handling to improve efficiency.
• We ensure high availability, monitoring, and strong performance across the solution.
• We lead production support, root-cause analysis, and ongoing platform improvements.
• We own the overall reliability of scalable voice and chat solutions.
