Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities: * Partner with managers across the organization to ensure all clock hours and approvals are complete and accurate. * Process biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now, verifying hours worked, pay details, and ensuring a seamless employee experience. * Audit and reconcile payroll, maintain related records, prepare accounting entries, update procedures, and generate special reports for leadership. * Provide timely, helpful responses to inquiries from employees, management, and external partners. * Process accounts payable transactions, verify vendor invoices, and maintain accurate AP records. * Ensure financial documents meet standards for payment, auditing, and tax compliance. * Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes as the organization continues to grow. * Maintain compliance with regulations under the guidance of leadership. Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist Education and Desired Skills: * 3+ years of payroll, accounts payable, or general accounting experience. * Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is preferred * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. * Strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centra l or similar ERP systems is a plus. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. #INJUN2026 #LI-MY1
