Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for performing the following key tasks:

• Conduct thorough assessments for couples, individuals, and families, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples and family groups, and provide individual counseling as necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.
\n
• Address a variety of issues, including but not limited to family conflicts, grief and bereavement, domestic violence, life transitions, and communication breakdowns.
\n
• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide therapy sessions, ensuring consistent and effective care, especially in maintaining patient relationships remotely.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes in compliance with organizational practices and applicable regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and participate in critical case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of mental and emotional health challenges. Common areas of focus include:

• Alcohol and substance abuse treatments.
\n
• Mental health matters related to physical health issues.
\n
• Adjustment concerns arising from separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.
\n
• Support for grief and loss, helping families to navigate their collective and individual healing processes.

• Tools to improve communication skills among family members and assist them in resolving long-standing conflicts.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• An active state LMFT license.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• A thorough understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic methodologies.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseload effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, including newly licensed therapists and those with established clinical backgrounds. The following are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
