Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial patient intake, assessments, and crisis evaluations to determine immediate needs and appropriate course of action.

• Deliver individualized and family therapy while implementing crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions.

• Facilitate referrals to specialized services for patients requiring advanced mental health interventions due to severe mental illness.

• Develop and regularly update comprehensive treatment plans aligned with the latest standards of practice, ensuring patients are actively involved in their care goals.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in our health management system to maintain continuity of care.

• Participate in safety programs, including possible assignments to an emergency response team, ensuring the clinic's commitment to client and staff safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
