Responsibilities Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to the manager. Provide efficient, responsive field and shop maintenance to meet customer demands. Maintain all technical information, field service reports, expense reports, and Canon property. Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills. Maintain performance of assigned machines. Facilitate performance to help achieve branch/district metric targets. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of internet environments; ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and PDIF class. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; willing to travel. Ability to obtain necessary security and customer clearances. Capable of lifting 50 pounds and active >50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling). Compliance with customer policies, including COVID‑19 vaccination or related measures.
