Were actively seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards./ppIn this position, youll be accountable for:/pulliReporting to your manager product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary supported documentation, ensuring accurate information and record keeping./liliMeeting customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance./liliProperly maintaining all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned./liliShowcasing strong customer communication and satisfaction skills./liliMaintaining the performance of assigned machines./liliFacilitating performance at a level which helps to achieve the branch/districts overall metric targets./li/ulpPlease note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19.
