Nurse Practitioner, Neonatology - Kansas City, MO

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatology team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be passionate about providing high-quality healthcare to newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting neonatal assessments and developing care plans
2. Collaborating with the neonatology team to provide comprehensive care
3. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
4. Administering medications and treatments
5. Educating patients and families on neonatal care
6. Participating in rounds and case conferences
7. Maintaining accurate patient records

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri (or willing to get)
• Certification in Neonatal Advanced Practice Nursing
• Prior experience in neonatal care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
