Change Management Lead

To support a long-term marketing transformation initiative, the contract Change Management Lead will work remotely to manage change planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption support for Global Strategic Marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities: Build and manage change approaches for multiple transformation initiatives, focusing on readiness and adoption Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement plans to address adoption risks Assess impacts of initiatives on teams and processes, translating findings into actionable support plans Required qualifications: Experience leading change management initiatives in complex organizations Proficiency in stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, and readiness planning Certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci, CCMP, or APMG Ability to create practical tools and communications for leaders and teams Experience in Lean methodologies is a plus
