Job Family:Management ConsultingTravel Required:NoneClearance Required:Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI)What You Will Do:Lead and oversee the delivery of organizational change management (OCM) engagements, developing strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and sustained business outcomes across complex transformation initiatives.Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and program leaders, facilitating discussions, navigating organizational resistance, and guiding leadership teams through periods of significant change.Design and implement integrated change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption measurement, and reinforcement planning.Manage and develop consulting teams by providing coaching, mentorship, quality oversight, and career development support while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client service excellence.What You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance.
