Timekeeping Coordinator

Schedule: The Timekeeping Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of contractor timekeeping for assigned client accounts. This position serves as the primary point of contact for contractors, clients, recruiters, and internal departments regarding timekeeping matters, ensuring payroll deadlines are met while delivering exceptional customer service. Primary Responsibilities Perform daily reconciliations between Replicon and client timekeeping systems to ensure hours are accurate and complete. Identify and resolve discrepancies by researching and processing timekeeping corrections. Monitor contractor timesheet submissions to ensure all hours are entered and approved prior to payroll deadlines. Follow up with contractors, managers, and clients regarding missing or inaccurate timecards and approvals. Ensure all assigned accounts remain current and payroll deadlines are consistently met. Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned contractors, clients, recruiters, and account managers regarding timekeeping questions and issues. Respond to inquiries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner. Build and maintain positive working relationships while providing exceptional customer service. Payroll Support Review timecards for completeness and accuracy prior to payroll processing. Understand and apply applicable overtime, double-time, meal period, and state-specific labor requirements when processing time. Process timekeeping corrections accurately and within payroll deadlines. Escalate complex issues or compliance concerns to leadership as needed. Account Management Manage a designated portfolio of client accounts and contractors. Ensure projects, cost centers, and required coding are accurate before payroll processing. Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all timekeeping corrections. Work closely with Payroll, Recruiting, Sales, Operations, and clients to resolve timekeeping issues. Assist team members during peak payroll periods when workload requires. Participate in process improvement initiatives and departmental projects. Requirements 7:00 am PST start time Qualifications Experience with electronic timekeeping systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict payroll deadlines. Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
