Studio Coordinator

Support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and maintaining health and safety standards Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment goals Work 18–29 hours per week in the studio supporting operations coordination, front desk guidance, team support, and teaching if certified Act as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is not present, up to 20 hours per week Maintain studio supply inventory and student amenities Engage with the studio community, greet students, and foster community at the front desk Support teachers with POS and pre/post-class duties Uphold cleanliness, functionality, health, safety, heat, humidity, music, and clutter-free studio standards Communicate Smart Health Protocol to students Clean the studio, stock amenities, and follow cleanliness protocols Support SET hiring, scheduling, training, discipline, and termination processes Lead orientation and train new Studio Experience Team members Coordinate POS, online reservation, subbing, HRIS, and help desk systems Support late-cancel fees, waitlists, student support, and facilities ticket follow-up Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and provide additional subbing as needed Requirements Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are required Experience in Customer Service required Familiar and comfortable in studio systems such as the HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, company scheduling and payroll systems, etc. Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Excellent Time Management skills Ability to take initiative and prioritize Availability for morning, evening, weekend and some holiday schedules; flexibility required Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. If certified to teach, must be able to step in to teach class with little to no notice while scheduled in the studio Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred College (BA/BS) preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong operational coordination and customer service skills within a yoga studio environment, while upholding health and safety standards.
